You are interrupted by a young oracle named Talaraine, who humbly begs your forgiveness for the disturbance. She asks that you speak with her privately for a moment, and gently leads you to a quiet corridor pervaded with shadow.
She tells you a tale of a young noble dark elven woman, whose family was assassinated by the power hungry. She tells you how the woman after an eternity was able to free herself from the slavery in which her family's killers had kept her, and how the killers hated her all the more for her freedom.
She tells you that as revenge, it was arranged that this woman should be infused with the spirit of another, so that in the struggle for dominance the woman would go mad, all for the entertainment of her betters. She tells you how these same people are caring for her mental illness, feigning no knowledge of how it happened or how to aid her.
She tells you that she has crossed the continent to help find a cure for this woman, but can only perform the ritual if those that hold her captive are ignorant of her purpose in visiting the woman, and if, once discovered, someone could prevent the ritual from being interrupted.
The young oracle looks into your eyes pleading for your assistance. Will you help her?

ooc Is anyone interested in doing more roleplaying? This story focuses on the origins of one of the founding member of the clan...and I would love to see other events focused on YOUR origins. This is a minor roleplaying event being arranged for entertainment purposes. I would love to set a time and date, but would prefer to gather what would be convenient for the the most people to encourage attendance. It will be set in the Shilien Temple, so while I was tempted to say it should happen after a hunt...it is an awfully long or expensive trip when we are in Oren. We are shooting for Sunday, however. Please give us your input

Vendui,
I know not of the full history of “Devine Force”. So if I am correct in my assumption? Than I pledge Myself, my Blades, and my Bow to you M’lady.
If it is your wish to champion this for the Devine Force for the sake of the ritual. Then please let me be your champion in this endeavor. I pledge my oath to you that nothing will come between myself and bearing witness to this ritual with my own eyes.
Ramok’s word is his bond

Ooc,
Please let me know if I am right in my initial assumption, with respect to the Devine Force.
I am VERY interested in More PRING. I Still feel as though I have a mountain to climb with respect to RPing, although I do feel that I have made some good if not great strides to help myself in this department.
I have tried to found myself on the notion that if I am totally subservient to the Domina at all times, That this would put me in a mindset of RPing at all times In Game. For the most part it has worked for me with good success. You may have noticed that I only refer to “Tatiyana” as “Domina” and never the contrary. This simple rule has really helped me in my RPing endeavor. Although I sometimes feel that there are those who feel I may go overboard, with this rule I have placed on myself.
I also feel that the current Wishing Well event has lost most of it original intent. And as of lately is terribly unstructured, besides the fact that the so called Red Army always seems to show up, as to add to the distraction of this event. I do not fault Byllard for this, and feel the event distractions are beyond his control.
It is time that the “Hand” step out to do her own self RPing. I would like to be a part of this, but not sure where to start. I believe that this may be the best place for me to start, that is following the lead of one who is noticeable better at it than I.
Expect that I will be at the Shilien Temple on Sunday at the time you designate Tala.

M'lady Talaraine,
Though I am not yet a member of the Hand of Shilen, as a fellow Oracle of the Almighty Goddess, and as one who has also suffered at the hands of my father's enemies, I pledge myself to aid you in your struggles, however I might.
Please accept this poor offering, use me as you must. Our enemies shall pay.

ooc,
sry Clan, a typo form the scroll above,
ment to ask if i was right in my assumption of the "Devine Force"
This is all really Soulafien fault, he keeps pushing Orc ale on me.
I have been left with no choice but to drink a growler each eve.

I would like to take the time to thank our attendees! While the turnout was small, the enthusiasm was great...thank you Ramok, Mephy, and Sharlea...who may be the newest recruit to the Hand if all goes well! The event could not have successfully been completed without your help guys. That's one mystery solved...and for all who aren't aware, Fashka Trelao and Comson Elghinn are one and the same person...with a very twisted path between them. Thanks to Fashka most of all for providing such a well woven and intricate story...you kept the gasps coming Do YOU have a story you would like to see unfold? Start your roleplaying journey today and talk with your fellow clanmates! Again...:round of applause:

thought I only showed for a brief time, I thought it to not be in my best interest to "interrupt" such a gathering. If I was not there for the beginning I did not see it fit to be there to see the ending.

Sorry about the delay for this, I would like to extend a thanks to all those that attended the event. I would also like to give a special thanks to Talaraine for prodding me to actually follow through with the Fashka storyline that had been left inert for .. well since I made the character and for helping to organize a time for the event. I hope you all had fun and found some enjoyment in it. It will be interesting to see what the aftermath of the ritual will bring.
