As an IC method of replicating the OOC loss of the fortress after 72 hours, the following was posted in the Aden Herald.
Fire Destroys Bayou Fortress
For the Aden Herald, by Gosencrantz Ruildenstern
Aden - Witnesses report a blinding flash of light from the southeast, followed by the orange glow of fire. Within minutes, the gates of Aden were inundated by refugees, former guardsmen at the Bayou Fortress and some of its inhabitants.
Their reports were simple enough: Everything was peaceful, then a sudden burst of fire exploded from the eastern roof of the main hall. Initially, the guardsmen responded to extinguish the blaze, but their valiant efforts were in vain, as the fire quickly spread to the entire structure. It was only through their quick action that residents were evacuated without casualty.
There is no explanation for the cause of the blaze, though speculation exists as to the presence of a rebel force launching a golem attack.
Echoes of Darkness Clan Leader Olorae en'Eveil, contacted the day after the fire, had the following to say:
"It is a loss, but it is thankful that Shilen's will was not that any would die in this fire. We anticipate rebuilding and once more bringing safety to the Forsaken Plains."
Sources close to the Celebrant have been tight-lipped on the matter, though investigation links the building at the Bayou Fortress to repairs being made at the Echoes' clan hall in Gludin Village.
What are these dark and mysterious people up to?
